Call for Papers 論文徵稿

 

 

      本次研討會主題將聚焦新興行業與網路世代對人力資源專業職能與組織管理教育的衝擊，藉此省思當前人力資源專業人員的訓練與發展是否符合市場需求、新世代的人力資源專業人員須具備哪些職能、組織管理教育又須做哪些調整。為擴大提供國內外各界人士與會研討、交流、增進經驗分享的效益，除了將根據研討主題邀請知名專家學者與會，並進行專題演講與主持論壇討論外，並將依後列各項研討子題，進行徵求發表論文。透過論文發表及與會人士的意見交流，提供產、官、學、研各界人士思考人力資源發展與組織管理教育的未來發展方向。
